  • Click HERE to auto detect your router IP. After some seconds our tool will show you a link to your router login page. Click on this link.

  • You should see 2 text fields where you can enter a username and a password.

  • The default username for your Comcast router is admin. The default password is password.

I can no longer login to my Comcast account using Safari (10.0.3). I can get to the comcast.com website, but when I click any link there it "times out" without going to the other page. I am using an Administrator account and don't have any Parental Controls active. Last night I was able to get through the Comcast Sign In page, but unable to go anywhere else. This morning I cannot even Sign In!

On PC, in any browser, if I went to and clicked LOG IN in the upper-right corner, I would be redirected to -gb/login which would then display a solid black page with no log in form. I could not even attempt to log in.

I contacted Disney+ support and after some discussion they figured out that the fundamental problem is that with my Comcast Internet connection, I am unable to connect properly to the Disney+ login servers. They gave me some advice on workarounds to circumvent the issue. Here is what I did:

Samsung Smart TV (Disney+ app): I set up a hotspot with my phone, temporarily connected my TV to that wifi hotspot, then opened and logged in to the Disney+ app on the TV. It was slow, took a few minutes, but it worked. After that I disconnected from the wifi and reconnected my TV to the LAN network. It worked fine, I could watch shows. Even after switching apps and switching back, I received no further errors, it remembered my login.

Chromecast Ultra: This was the trickiest one. I set up a hotspot with my phone, as before. I then used a second mobile device (my iPad, but any device will do) to connect to my phone's wifi hotspot. I used the Google Home app on my iPad to reconfigure the Chromecast to also connect to my phone's wifi hotspot. I then opened the Disney+ app on my iPad, started streaming to the Chromecast, and it worked. I then reconfigured both my iPad and the Chromecast to use my home wifi network. I was then able to stream normally to the Chromecast, now that it had stored the Disney login data.

You need to know your username and password to login to your Netgear CG3000DCR Comcast. It's possible that the router's password is still set to the factory default. All of the default usernames and passwords for the Netgear CG3000DCR Comcast are listed below.

When I try to login to my Xfinity TV provider on the ESPN app, the login page is loading the wrong side of the page. The left side has the login and password fields but I cannot actually navigate to that side. If I use two fingers to zoom out I can see the fields but there is no way to move over or tab over. All I see is the advertisement side. This is frustrating. Ive disabled the auto login in the settings as well. Any suggestions? Running newest app and iPadOS.
